HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IKHAYA accepts exchanges within 14 days of the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition : unworn, unaltered, unsoiled, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

IKHAYA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

FAULTY ITEMS POLICY

Items are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, accident, or misuse will not be considered faulty.

IKHAYA items that are received damaged, or become damaged due to a manufacturing fault within six months of purchase, are considered faulty. Items that show damage from normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

If your IKHAYA item is faulty upon receipt, please email info@ikhaya.ch within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following details in your email:

- A photo of the product and the fault

- Proof of purchase (dated SMS, email, or printed receipt)

- Your contact information: full name, contact number, and residential address

Our Customer Care team will respond within 48 hours with a reference number, return postage address, and guidance on the next steps. Faulty items must be returned for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
